In 2021 we made 3 boat molds for customer.At early 2025,the customer requested a new one.When sample was ready the customer wanted to test it in water.We agreed and helped customer to do this.

We only made the roto parts for boat,so many other parts need to be prepared,eg. Motor,gasoline tank,steering wheel,battery,etc.The customer chose motor brand “MERCURY” in hopes of achieving good test results.

The engineers of motor company installed all things for a whole afternoon.Then we took the boat to water.The boat and motor together were very heavy.We used a crane to lift it in water.

First the customer and motor engineers drove together.Then the customer drove alone.He drove more faster.

To see the boat from 3D drawing to mold,from mold to product and from product to actual operation is truly wonderful process!
